Zit Treatment
Zit is a spot on the skin that can be a pimple or acne and is a rather common problem that is faced by majority of individuals. Zinc should be consumed in the form of capsules as it helps to repair damaged skin and also makes the immune system strong. You could apply toothpaste to your zit before going to bed and then wash it off in the morning. This is one of the best zit remedies and works wonders within a few days but you need to make sure that the toothpaste is not gel based. Zit remedy using orange peel is also great wherein you grind the orange peel into a fine powder after it has been dried in the sun. Then add water to this powder to form a paste and apply it on the zit. Garlic has a number of benefits and is successfully used in zits remedy wherein you can apply it to affected areas. You could even apply fresh mint juice every night before you go to sleep as it is a great method for acne treatment. You should never touch the pimple with your hand as it may aggravate the problem neither should you make the mistake of bursting the pimple as that will leave a permanent scar.
